Message from the Chairperson
The first Strategic Plan of TACED (2025–2028) marks a major milestone. This transformative roadmap guides our operations to enhance collective impact across Tanzania. It reflects our commitment to innovation, environmental stewardship, social equity, and active participation – pillars for resilient communities. Guided by core values – Professionalism, Accountability, Transparency, Innovation, Community, and Collaboration – we have identified five strategic objectives. Success depends on active engagement of government, development partners, investors, and communities. We call upon all stakeholders to join us in implementing this bold vision. Together, we can empower communities, create inclusive economic opportunities, and contribute to a sustainable future.

What is an Investment Service Provider (ISP)?
An ISP is a legally recognized entity authorized to facilitate, support, and coordinate investment activities by providing technical, advisory, and facilitation services throughout the investment lifecycle. ISPs help reduce administrative barriers, enhance efficiency, and promote sustainable investment practices.
Founded 2023 – TACED emerged to unite professionals and channel investments toward inclusive growth. In a short span we have become a reference for investment facilitation and community empowerment.
