Facilitators Guide TACED in Developing 2025–2028 Strategic Plan, Action Plan, and Budget

Dar es Salaam, Tanzania – The Tanzania Association of Community Economic Development (TACED) recently engaged professional facilitators to lead the development of its 2025–2028 Strategic Plan, Action Plan, and Budget.

Through interactive workshops and strategic consultations, the facilitators guided TACED members in identifying key priorities, aligning objectives with community needs, and outlining actionable steps to achieve sustainable socio-economic impact across Tanzania.

The facilitation process emphasized collaboration, transparency, and evidence-based decision-making, ensuring that all strategies and budget allocations are practical, measurable, and capable of driving long-term growth.
